1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by F32 UG (hereinafter "F32") via this website and on-site at Fraunhoferstraße 32, Munich. By accessing our website or visiting our bar, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Age Restriction & Youth Protection

In accordance with the German Youth Protection Act (JuSchG), entry to F32 and the consumption of alcohol are strictly limited to persons aged 18 and over.

We reserve the right to request valid photo identification at any time.
3. Reservations & Events

Bookings: Reservations can be made via our website or integrated booking tools. A reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.

Cancellations: We ask that you notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance. For large groups or private events, separate cancellation fees may apply as stated in your individual contract.

Updates: As we are currently finalizing our space, opening dates and available services (such as "Careers" or "Outdoor" sections) are subject to change.
4. House Rules

F32 is a place of respect and inclusion. We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone displaying aggressive, discriminatory, or highly intoxicated behavior.

5. Menus & Pricing

All prices listed on our menu are in Euro (€) and include the applicable German VAT (19%).

Our wine list and drinks menu are subject to availability.

While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to adjust pricing or menu items without prior notice.
6. Liability

F32 is not liable for the loss or damage of personal belongings brought into the premises.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded, provided it does not concern essential contractual obligations or personal injury.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including logos (F32), images, and menu designs, is the property of alpami hospitality and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Photography and Video Recording
Photography and Video Recording
As part of our regular bar operations and events, photographs and video recordings may be taken for public relations and marketing purposes (including social media and our website). By entering the premises of F32 Rooftop Bar, guests acknowledge that they may appear in such recordings, unless they explicitly object to a member of staff. Guests who do not wish to be photographed may inform our staff at any time, and this will be taken into account accordingly.
10. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction is Munich.
